The Vulcan VHP15 "Slim-line" proofer and heated food holding cabinet can hold fifteen 12" x 20" hotel steam pans. Every component of this full-height proofer has been made with 100% stainless steel. You can use the VHP15 as both a proofer and holding cabinet.

It has an energy-efficient cabinet design which will give you quick preheating and recovery times. It has a rugged, tubular steel frame and top-tier construction -- so this heating holding cabinet will last you for many years to come.
