The Vulcan VBP13 is an institutional, 3/4 height, reach-in proofer and warming cabinet. It's a versatile unit that can be used as a proofing cabinet or as a food warmer, and has a full-range thermostat for temperatures up to 190° Fahrenheit. It can hold up to twenty-six 12" x 20" x 2.5" hotel pans, or up to thirteen 18" x 26" sheet pans. It's perfect for schools, hospitals, and restaurants.

This proofer cabinet was designed to keep your food hot and delicious from cooking to serving. It has an energy-efficient design and preheats and recovers heat quickly. It has a rugged tubular steel frame, and comes with a blower motor for even heat distribution, so you'll can rest assured that you'll get consistent results with a proofer that will last you for many years to come.
