The Vulcan VBP18 is an institutional, full-height, reach-in proofer and warming cabinet. It's a versatile unit that can be used as a proofing cabinet or as a food warmer, and has a full-range thermostat for temperatures up to 190° Fahrenheit. It can hold up to thirty-six 12" x 20" x 2.5" hotel pans, or up to eighteen 18" x 26" sheet pans. It's perfect for schools, hospitals, and restaurants.

This proofer cabinet was designed to keep your food hot and delicious from cooking to serving. It has an energy-efficient design and preheats and recovers heat quickly.
