Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's how we handle returns:
- Return Window: You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds: Issued after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee:
- 20% for commercial products
- 30% for residential products
- Return Shipping: Costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Face masks
- Custom or special orders
- Scratch & dent, demo, or used items
- Defective Items: Must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label—do not send anything back before receiving this.
Note: Returns are only accepted for purchases made through our online store.
Cancellations
Orders can't be guaranteed for cancellation once processed. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
Shipping
Delivery Estimates
- Small Items: Arrive in 1–7 business days
- Large Items: Up to 10 business days
- Holiday Orders: May experience a +1 day delay
- Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, freight, or in-house delivery

Pick-Up Orders
- Wait for confirmation email before coming.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Bring your order number, credit card, and photo ID
- Someone else picking up? Let us know in advance.
U.S. & International Orders
- We ship internationally!
- Duties/taxes are not included at checkout.
- A broker may be required for large/heavy items.
- Prefer your own shipping provider? That's fine too.
- Some products ship directly from the U.S.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Always inspect deliveries upon arrival.
- Report any damage or loss immediately.
- Take clear photos and note issues on the delivery receipt
- Signature at delivery means the shipment was accepted—no claims will be honored if issues weren't documented at the time.
Free Shipping
- Available only on select items.
- If your cart contains both eligible and non-eligible items, shipping fees apply.
- Free shipping excludes remote areas.
- Only valid for online purchases.
- We reserve the right to revoke free shipping in case of listing errors.
