The exterior's outer wrap and door are powder-coated, corrosion-resistant steel while the interior is 201/304 stainless steel. The cooking chamber is fully welded and insulated, the rack and lower jetplate are removable.

The Sota i1 comes with an aluminum paddle, 2 solid aluminum pans, a cleaner packet, 24-oz. bottle, guard bottle, and 2 foamer triggers, plus a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
