The TurboChef Double Batch high speed oven has 2 fully-insulated cooking cavities that circulate impinged air as fast as 50 miles per hour - increasing heat transfer and decreasing waiting time. The ventless oven has variable speed blowers, oscillating racks, and a catalytic converter, ideal for use at restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, and more.

The cooking chambers' have a capacity of a half-sheet pan, or a 16-inch pizza, plus an easy-to-use, 7-inch, one-touch, touchscreen controls. The cavities measure 3.3 by 18.1 by 17.1 inches (HWD). The oven has a built-in self-diagnostic system to monitor and maintain excellent performance.

The exterior has a stainless steel construction while the interior features 304 stainless steel. This oven is USB-compatible and can be stacked 2 units high, but also requires a stacking unit.

The Double Batch comes with an aluminum paddle, oven cleaner, oven guard, 2 standard racks, 2 trigger sprayers, 2 top and bottom jetplates plus a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
