The Doyon DL12SP can sheet dough from 1 ounce to 10.5 ounces, and with a diameter up to 12". It can sheet dough for for tortillas, wraps, flat bread, and more. It is a one-stage sheeter with a front infeed and discharge and produces a uniform thickness. This countertop dough sheeter features an ergonomic design that enables a single operator to make up to 250 pieces in an hour.

The DL12SP's compact upright design makes it ideal for kitchens with limited space. This efficient sheeter reduces labour cost by being able to roll dough 6 times faster than rolling by hand.
