The Doyon DAF001 will help you achieve the perfect dough every time. You get the best results with dough that has been handled as little as possible, and a water meter is a perfect complement to your mixing process.

This digital water meter allows you to add the precise amount of water that you need to give you the proper consistency and avoid flat flavoured or dry crumb breads. The DAF001 accurately meters from 0.1 to 99.9 liters and measures water temperature from 34 to 214 degrees F (0 to 99.5C).
