A full-size convection oven with solid state infinite control

Blodgett's ZEPH-200-E SGL is a full-size electric convection oven with a bakery-sized baking compartment, providing some extra depth, which can accommodate five 18 by 26-inch baking pans. There are 5 chrome-plated racks with 11 positions with a minimum spacing of 1-5/8 inches. Inside, the baking compartment has 14 gauge double-sided porcelainized liner and the blower wheel is aluminized.

This Zephaire model is Energy Star-certified. Its fan motor has 2 speeds and the blower motor is 1/2 HP with automatic thermal overload protection. The oven has an output of 11kW and features dual pane thermal glass windows within the stainless steel doors. It has a full angle iron frame and the front, top, and sides of the oven have a stainless steel construction. The doors have triple-mounted pressure lock design with turnbuckle assembly. The front control panel is also removable.

The solid state thermostat has a temperature control range from 200° to 500° Fahrenheit (93° to 260° Celsius.) There is solid state infinite control with separate dials for the timer and thermostat. There are 3 tubular heaters and the 25-inch legs are adjustable.
