A combi oven capable of storing up to 500 15-step recipes

Blodgett's BLCT-6E is an electric boilerless combi oven with enough internal space to accommodate six half-size sheet pans, five 12 by 20 by 2.5-inch hotel pans, or four 12 by 20 by 2-inch hotel pans. This model has stainless steel construction.

This combi oven has convenient touch screen controls which can store up to 500 recipes with up to 15 steps each. It comes with 5 wire shelves and features an internal core temperature probe with multiple measuring points. It also has multiple cooking modes including steaming, preheating, and hot air.

The oven has a steam injection system which precisely injects water onto the heating elements and the resulting steam is distributed throughout the oven chamber by the fan wheel. The reversible fan has 9 speeds for the best baking and roasting results. The tempered viewing window is dual pane and has hinged inner glass, making it easy to clean.
