| The unit features a stainless steel front, sides, door, and grille, along with a galvanized back and bottom. Its interior liner is crafted from corrosion-resistant aluminum, and the stainless steel top enhances durability. It comes with full electronic controls and a standard interior thermometer. The self-closing doors are equipped with a 120º stay-open capability and utilize cartridge-style hinges. The door openings include low-wattage anti-condensate heaters, and each door is fitted with a magnetic gasket to ensure a tight seal. It has 6-inch casters, two of which have brakes, and includes two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves. The door is field-reversible (hinge kit sold separately).
Regarding the refrigeration system, it utilizes environmentally friendly and energy-efficient R290 refrigerant, compliant with all regulatory standards such as CARB, SNAP, and DOE. It features a hot gas condensate evaporator, adaptive defrost, and an epoxy-coated evaporator coil, with freezers capable of maintaining product temperatures as low as -10ºF. |
