Beneath the prep area, two removable drawers are designed to hold full-size pans up to 6 inches deep, which are available separately.

This model includes a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, which uses R-450A refrigerant to keep temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps maintain these temperatures, even with frequent drawer access. A three-digit LED display provides temperature readouts and control.
