The Designer Series Griddle is a countertop gas unit with a 24″ width and 18″ depth cooking surface. It features a 1/2″ thick polished steel griddle, along with welded splash guards on the sides and rear of the plate, measuring 2-5/8″ in height. The griddle includes thermostatic controls and piezo spark ignition, with a stainless steel front and sides. It also has an internal grease drawer with a magnetic door and 4″ adjustable legs. The unit delivers 40,000 BTU and meets CSA and NSF standards.
