The unit features stainless steel construction on the front, back, sides, kick plate, back guard, and high shelf. It is equipped with robust cast iron burners, capable of delivering 25,000 BTU/hr. The cooking surface includes 12” x 12” cast iron top grates and, on selected models, a ¾” thick polished steel griddle plate along with a grease trough. The oven dimensions are 26 ½ x 26 x 14 inches, with an oven burner output of 27,000 BTU/hr and a pilot that ensures 100% safety shut-off. The oven includes stainless steel burners and pilots, multiple position guides for oven racks, and one chrome rack is provided per oven, with additional racks available for purchase. The manifold operating pressure is 5” WC/11 mbar for natural gas and 10” WC/25 mbar for propane.
