Standard features like cook/hold, auto setback, auto cool down, and large, easy-to-use buttons make operation straightforward. With a cooking range of 150°F to 500°F, the Master Series offers flexibility for various cooking and holding needs.
Master 200 Solid-State Control: For those who prefer the simplicity of mechanical timers with the precision of solid-state controls, the Master 200 offers dual fan speeds, making it suitable for a range of products. The 200 Series Solid-State Controller is standard in MCO(S) ovens.
Durable Construction: Stainless steel doors feature a positive seal gasket that lasts longer and a full-length welded hinge rod with rigidity strips for durability under heavy use. The smooth, porcelain-lined interior with seamless, coved corners enhances airflow and simplifies cleaning. Garland’s design allows for easy service access from the front and side.
Innovative Insulation: Garland’s new insulation design directs heat away from sensitive areas like the controller, using a non-fibrous, multi-layer aluminum “sandwich” that eliminates the need for extra framing and prevents hot and cold spots typical of fibrous insulation.
