Winco's China cap strainer has 18/8 stainless steel construction and is available in 3 diameters: 8, 10, and 12 inches. It can come with either fine or coarse mesh, depending on your preferences and needs. The handle is welded on for a firm support.

China cap strainers are cone-shaped strainers meant for straining stocks, sauces, soup, jam, and any other foods that need fine straining. Sometimes these strainers are used in conjunction with a wooden pestle to help strain out thicker foods.
