A commercial-quality restaurant kitchen scoop for ingredients, ice, or French fries

Winco's round-bottomed aluminum ingredient scoops come in a wide range of sizes, from 5 oz to 85 oz capacities. Bakeries often use these as dry ingredient scoops, but they have many other applications too. They can be used as ice scoops for bars, French fry scoops, and more.

Being constructed of die-cast aluminum, these scoops are strong and lightweight, and they have a highly polished inside and outside. Their rounded shapes make it easier to dig into dry ingredients and to pour accurately, and the handle has a grooved finish with a finger grip to prevent slipping. We also carry flat-bottomed scoops that are stable when set down and are better for bulk containers like candies and nuts.

Smaller scoops (around 6 ounce) can be used for putting a few cubes of ice into a cocktail (or scooping small amounts of ingredients). Medium-sized scoops (12 ounce) could be better used for filling pop glasses with ice. Large-sized scoops (24 ounce) could fill two large glasses with one scoop. Any larger than that, the scoop can be used to shovel large quantities of ice or ingredients from bins.
