The Waring WWB10G functions with either automatic water refill or pour-over capability. The temperature range is from 66 degrees to 96 degrees Celsius, and it can heat up to 10 gallons of water in 3 hours. You can even set a night-mode feature to have your dispenser start heating overnight. This way your water can be ready for those busy, breakfast rushes, etc.
