The Waring Commercial WSM7L is a professional countertop mixer (sometimes called a stand mixer). It is part of their heavy-duty "Luna Series" of planetary mixers. It is a 7 quart mixer designed for use in foodservice establishments, equipped with a powerful 1/2 horsepower motor and 11 mixing speeds.

The Waring WSM7L can handle a wide variety of foods: you can power through mashed potatoes, meats, doughs, or batters.
