The Waring Commercial WFP16S is a 4-quart batch bowl cutter-mixer, which can slice, shred, puree, chop and more with a completely sealed bowl (making it perfect for processing soups, sauces, meats, and other ingredients without leaks). It has been developed especially for high-volume commercial kitchens, and it will consistently deliver dependable, continuous-duty service day to day.

The WFP16S has a powerful 2 horsepower commercial motor, and gives you over 20 processing options in one machine. Its high-impact, see-through and scratch resistant poly-carbonate bowl is a great way to process a wide variety of foods.

It comes with a number of discs: a whipping disc, an adjustable slicing disc (with 16 different thicknesses!), a reversible shredding disc, and an S-blade. Plus, there are a number of optional discs that you can buy separately.
