The Waring Commercial WDB600 has two heavy-duty cast iron burners: one is 7" and the other is 6". The larger burner is 1300 watts and heats up quickly for fast cooking, and the 500-watt smaller burner is perfect for simmering and warming. Both burners have the heating element embedding into their cast iron plates, so you'll get a quick heat-up with an even heat-distribution.
