The Vulcan VBP7 is an institutional, half-height, reach-in proofer and warming cabinet. It's a versatile unit that can be used as a proofing cabinet or as a food warmer, and has a full-range thermostat for temperatures up to 190° Fahrenheit. It can hold up to fourteen 12" x 20" x 2.5" hotel pans, or up to seven 18" x 26" sheet pans. It's perfect for schools, hospitals, and restaurants.
