The Vulcan VBP15 is an institutional, full-height, reach-in proofer and warming cabinet. It's a versatile unit that can be used as a proofing cabinet or as a food warmer, and has a full-range thermostat for temperatures up to 190° Fahrenheit. It can hold up to thirty 12" x 20" x 2.5" hotel pans, or up to fifteen 18" x 26" sheet pans. It's perfect for schools, hospitals, and restaurants.
