There are various models of the Vulcan C24ET: you can choose between a 6 pan or 10 pan capacity, and you can choose between a few options. The "PowerSteam" option is going to give you super-heated steam for rapid cook times. Or you can choose the LWE option for an Energy Star certified machine, which will drastically reduce your water and energy usage (reduces water consumption up to 90% and electrical consumption up to 50%). This convection steamer is electric powered and comes on a 24" cabinet base.

Vulcan has created a high-quality control panel with a 60-minute timer, buzzer, a constant steam feature, cook/ready light, and power switch. It has a high-quality stainless steel exterior and interior (the interior has coved corners). It comes standard with an external deliming port and heavy-duty doors and latch mechanisms.
