The Vulcan Endurance ranges are medium-duty, gas-powered units that make a great addition to any commercial kitchen. Despite their innovative design, you'll still be getting a unit that lives up to Vulcan's legendary standard of toughness and dependability.

The Vulcan 24-inch range has a fully MIG welded frame, and its front, sides, backriser, and lift-off high shelf are made of stainless steel. The stove top consists of 4 burners, each with an input of 30,000 BTU per hour; the oven itself runs at 23,000 BTU per hour. Also, the temperature is adjustable from 200° to 500° Fahrenheit.

Heavy-duty grates in both the front and rear of the oven top can lift off to give you extra space for pans or stock pots. The Vulcan 24-inch range also comes with 2 oven racks, and 4 potential pan positions therein.
