The Vulcan 1GR65M is a free-standing, gas-powered fryer with a 65-70 pound oil capacity. It is available for natural gas or liquid propane. The behind-the-door millivolt thermostat control has a temperature range of 200° to 400° Fahrenheit (93.3° to 204.4° Celsius). It comes with adjustable 4 casters, 2 of which are locking.

The unit can produce up to 150,000 BTU per hour and has a hi-limit shut-off. The fryer's cabinet and fry tank are both stainless steel. There are 5 easily-accessible heat exchanger tubes and 2 fry baskets with plastic-coated handles.
