The Vulcan 1GR35M is a free-standing, gas-powered fryer with a 35-40 pound oil capacity. It is available for natural gas or liquid propane. The behind-the-door millivolt thermostat control has a temperature range of 200° to 400° Fahrenheit (93.3° to 204.4° Celsius). It comes with 4 adjustable casters, 2 of which are locking.

The unit can produce up to 90,000 BTU per hour and has a hi-limit shut-off. The fryer's cabinet and fry tank are both stainless steel. There are 3 easily-accessible heat exchanger tubes and 2 fry baskets with plastic-coated handles.
