A 60" griddle with manual controls for large-scale operations

Vollrath's GGHDM-60 is a commercial-grade gas-powered griddle with manual controls, measuring 60 inches across. It features 5 custom, stainless steel U-shaped burners with a combined output of 150,000 BTU per hour. It's a great addition for restaurants, diners, steakhouses, coffee shops, and more.

Each 12 inches in width has an independently-controlled heating zone. The unit's metal knobs come with a lifetime warranty. The griddle plate is 1-inch-thick polished steel with a 4.3-inch-high backsplash with sloped sides. It has adjustable legs, which range from 4 to 5.5 inches.
