The Vollrath CF4-3600 is a medium duty electric fryer that has a 15 pound capacity. It is perfect for French fries, chicken, seafood, and more. It is 18" from front to back. This fryer features quick heat up and temperature recovery time between loads in order to help you deliver deliciously crisp fried foods to your customers.

This Vollrath electric fryer features a 2700-3500 watt elements to provide quick heat-up and temperature recovery time between loads. It is made with a fully-welded oil tank with a safety interlocked drainage valve for easy draining and cleaning. There is also a cold zone that helps keep oil fresh longer.

This unit is thermostatically controlled to 374° F (190° C)
Includes two small fryer baskets (351796) and one small night cover (351802) per well. Also sold separately.
