A countertop machine for micro-puréeing frozen foods into light and airy accents for your meals

The Trento Pacojet 4 is a commercial-grade kitchen appliance designed for micro-puréeing deep-frozen foods with overpressure and without thawing. This product is made in Switzerland.

Here's how it works - fresh food and some liquid is stored in a transparent and stackable synthetic beaker with a white lid and black protective outer beaker. The total capacity is 1.2 litres, but it is recommended to not fill the beaker more than 0.8 litres. Ideally, the food will be between -9° and 0° Celsius (-23° to -18° Fahrenheit) when you're ready to purée. It features a simple, easy-to-use (even with sticky fingers) touchscreen display control panel where you can save and reuse your own recipe settings.

You can process your food as quickly as 90 seconds. The process preserves the food's nutrients as well as colours for a more natural and fresh culinary experience. It has lots of extra safety features (beaker overload warning, spray guard detection, correct tool notification) to assist your staff plus an energy-saving mode.

In addition to the inner and out beaker and their lid, a spray guard and PJ4 blade are included with the Pacojet 4. It also has NSF Certification and comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
