Trento's MX-IT-0020-F is a commercial-grade spiral dough mixer with a 46-pound (21-litre) bowl capacity. Mixers like this would be perfect for use in bakeries, restaurants, pizza shops, delis, cafés, and anywhere you'd like to mix your own dough. It is available with or without a timer.

This model features a fixed bowl, fixed frogged spiral tool, and a secure lid, which also has an opening, so you can add ingredients while it's in operation. The spiral RPM is 85 and the bowl's RPM is 10. The motor is highly efficient and ventilated with an oil-bath gear box. It also has a thermal overload protection circuit breaker.

The machine is made from heavy-duty C40 steel while its bowl has a reinforced edge and AISI 304 stainless steel shaft. The machine's exterior has a scratch-resistant powder coating.

The MX-IT-0020-F is made in Italy and comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
