The Trento FP-IT-0006-VT is a commercial-grade electric bowl cutter with a 6-quart (5.6-litre) capacity. The great thing about bowl cutters is that they save you time and money by completing several kitchen tasks in one appliance - slice, shred, chop, and mix your ingredients for sauce, dip, dressing, spread, and more. Cutters of this size would be found in restaurants, catering businesses, commercial kitchens, and elsewhere.

The machine has a speed control so you can adjust the cutting's intensity and texture with an RPM of 600 to 2,800. The lid is transparent, not only giving you a view of what's going on inside but also the option to add more ingredients. The motor and tank are side-by-side.

The cutter's construction consists of a die-cast extruded aluminum body, long-lasting steel knife, and a food-safe stainless steel bowl with handles and a heavy bottom (both the blade and bowl are removable for easy clean-up). There's a safety micro-switch on the lid and lever to help protect against any hazards.

The FP-IT-0006-VT is made in Italy, and comes with a spatula, sharpening stone, and a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
