A bowl cutter with a 15-litre bowl capacity and 7" touchscreen controls

The Trento FP-ES-0015 is a commercial-grade bowl cutter food processor (also called a buffalo chopper sometimes) with a bowl volume of 15 litres (15.9 quarts). Large-scale cutters like this can mix, shred, chop, and slice, and would be found in restaurants, cafés, catering services, butcher shops, delis, grocery stores, and more.

It features a 7-inch digital touch screen to display temperature, time, and knife speed. The speed control is variable and there are 4 buttons for speed preselections, there's also an emergency stop button. The 3-knife head can be removed.

This cutter has a transparent noise protection cover plus the bowl and lid are construction from stainless steel. Meanwhile, the processor's feet are adjustable, vibration-absorbing, and non-slip.

The FP-ES-0015 is made in Spain and comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
