The Omcan BE-IT-710-FSS is a commercial-grade floor model dough sheeter with 2 conveyor belts measuring 19.7 inches wide by 28 inches long, for an overall length of 70.8 inches (including dough catchers on each end). It's reversible, meaning the dough can be passed back and forth from one side of the appliance to the other however many times you would like.
