The Trento BC-IT-0906-T is a commercial-quality blast chiller and freezer that can fit up to 6 trays measuring 18 by 26 inches. It's 31.1 inches wide and can chill up to 48 pounds of food at a time to 3° Celsius (37° Fahrenheit), or it can freeze up to 33 pounds of food at a time to -40° Celsius (-40° Fahrenheit).

It has simple controls and will allow you to quickly lower the temperature of your food through the danger zone, keeping your food safe and producing fewer ice crystals and thus damaging your food less, improving your food's texture when reheated.
