The Trento BC-IT-0905-T is a commercial-quality blast chiller and freezer that can fit up to 5 trays measuring 18 by 26 inches. It's 32.2 inches wide and can chill up to 40 pounds of food at a time to 3° Celsius (37° Fahrenheit), or it can freeze up to 26.5 pounds of food at a time to -40° Celsius (-40° Fahrenheit).

It has simple controls and will allow you to quickly lower the temperature of your food through the danger zone, keeping your food safe and producing fewer ice crystals and thus damaging your food less, improving your food's texture when reheated. This model is from CFC and HCFC, has an scotch-brite finish on its exterior while its interior has a glossy finish. It features 60mm high-density polyurethane foam insulation, a digital control panel, and a core probe.
