The throttling thermostat controls adjust from 150° to 450° Fahrenheit (65.6° to 232.2° Celsius.) The griddle features a stainless steel front panel and a 3/4-inch thick polished steel plate with a 4-3/8-inch high tapered wrap-around stainless steel splash guard.

The TMGT36's legs are 4-inch nickel-plated steel. The grease trough is 3.25 inches wide and the stainless steel grease drawer has a capacity of 4.5 quarts.
