The Spaceman 6250-C is a floor-model soft serve machine with two hoppers, so it can serve two different flavours and also the option to twist them together. It's a medium capacity machine that can produce up to 47 litres of soft serve ice cream an hour (which is roughly 400 servings of four ounces). But this machine is capable of doing more than just soft serve: you can do ice cream, frozen yoghurt, custards or sorbets in this machine just fine.

It has a number of great features: independent digital controls, refrigerated hoppers, a standby mode, a low mix indicator light, and more. It also comes with a hopper agitator, which is really going to make operating this machine a whole lot easier: your staff won't have to continually mix the product throughout the day.

The 6250-C is gravity-fed, but you have the option of getting a pressurized air pump instead with the model 6250A-C. This option is a little bit more costly, but it allows you to choose between six overrun settings, giving you the ability to add even more air to your product, yielding higher profits, creamier, fluffier, and lighter product.
