Spaceman's 6236-C and 6236A-C are gravity-fed and pressurized air pump, high capacity, single flavour soft serve machines. They are countertop models with an output of up to 37 litres per hour (or 320 four-ounce servings per hour). This soft serve machine is great for much more than ice cream: it can do frozen yoghurt, custards, or even sorbet.

The digital control system will automatically regulate and maintain your product's quality, and a refrigerated hopper and "Standby Mode" will keep your product fresh, even overnight.

OPTIONAL AIR PUMP

The optional air pump adds air to the product prior to freezing to make product lighter and less dense. It allows you to choose between six overrun settings, giving you the ability to add even more air to the product, yielding higher profits, creamier, fluffier, and lighter product.

This can save you money because you'll be using less product. And it's highly recommended for customers serving cones and high-quality ice cream products who want an extra-creamy consistency.
