Precisely control the temperature of soups and sauces in this warmer/NSF-listed rethermalizer

Server's 86090 IntelliServ is a 500-watt countertop warmer and rethermalizer. It's ideal for use with products that need precise temperature control such as alfredo, chocolate, or hollandaise sauce.

It uses a water bath for heat and this model passes NSF's rethermalizer requirements for listing as food warming equipment. It has a total capacity of 6 quarts and can fit a 1/3-size pan, two 1/6-size pans, or three 1/9-size pans up to 6 inches deep.

The digital temperature display can be set in either Fahrenheit or Celsius, and the digital temperature control allows for precise monitoring of soups and sauces. There is a cool-touch rim, stainless steel shroud, cast aluminum heat plate, and thermoset plastic water vessel.
