It includes a stainless steel motor block with aluminum lid, 8-litre stainless steel hopper with highly-resistant polycarbonate lid, serrated 'S' blade, and "cut and mix" scraper.

This NSF-approved processor has 3 HP and features brushless technology, meaning efficient and powerful motors. It has a reverse function, force control system, digital control, and multi-language display. It also has improved air/water-tightness because no ventilation is needed.
