A 10 quart vertical cutter/mixer

The Robot Coupe R10 is a vertical cutter mixer with a 10 quart stainless steel bowl. It is a bench-style machine, and comes with an "S" blade with smooth edges. It has a magnetic safety switch, pulse control, and two speeds (1800 and 3600 RPM).

A "vertical cutter mixer" is very similar to a batch bowl food processor, but is capable of producing not only small quantities, but with its large capacity bowl and its powerful 4.5 HP motor, you'll be able to produce large quantities as well.

It has an extremely powerful induction motor designed to withstand intensive use, thus ensuring a high level of reliability and a longer lifespan. You can process meat, vegetables, and smooth-textured mousses. You can grind and knead your food in a very short time. Even for large batches of smooth-textured mousses, you'll need less than 5 minutes.You're also able to order this machine as the R10 Ultra, which has the same features but includes a 4 Qt. mini bowl assembly.
