The Rational iVario 2-XS is a multifunctional cooking center capable of serving up to 100 meals per day. This machine allows professional chefs to reduce single-use pieces of equipment in their kitchen, reduce issues with labour and skill shortages, and get the results you want every single time, for a huge variety of menu items.

The 2-XS has intelligent energy and temperature management to accurately distribute heat over the entire pan surface area. It can cook up to 4 times as fast while using up to 40% less energy when compared to conventional cooking appliances, in addition to saving a huge amount of kitchen space. It has 2 pans, each with a capacity of 17 litres and a core temperature probe. Each pan has its own display view.

It has a patented heating technology made from ceramic heating elements which are connected to the scratch-resistant, fast-response, high-performance pan base. The machine's temperature range goes from 85° to 480° Fahrenheit (29.4° to 248.9° Celsius.)

Intelligent sensors in the pan base detect the load size and condition of the food, and will keep adjusting the cooking process. And don't worry, the 2-XS will let you know when you're needed, saving you time and money. And of course, you can create your own manual programs and save intelligent cooking paths.
