Pitco's SG14-S is a Solstice gas fryer with an oil capacity of 40 to 50 pounds. It's a floor model with stainless steel tank, front, sides, and doors. It has an output of 110,000 BTU per hour and is available with either natural gas or liquid propane. The tank is welded stainless steel.

The SG14-S has a full 14 by 14-inch frypot and is NSF-certified. It has millivolt control only and includes a drain line cleanout rod and drain extension. It has an integrated flue deflector and a high temperature safety limit switch. The adjustable legs are 9 inches long.
