This fry cutter is available with 3 cutting blade thicknesses - 1/4-inch (0.25), 3/8-inch (0.375), and 1/2-inch (0.5). For example, 3/8-inch is on the thinner side of french fry thickness, which is a standard fry size for many fast food restaurants. This potato cutter is also NSF-Approved.
