A countertop refrigerated topping rail available with 2 pan capacities

Omcan's refrigerated prep topping rail is the perfect option for countertop use in restaurants, buffers, catering events, and more with a stylish angled front to display contents more clearly to customers and staff. It's ideal for back of the house, front of the house, or a buffet line. It's available in 2 sizes to accommodate either 4 or 8 GN 1/6-sized pans.

The rail fits pans 4 to 6 inches deep, but please note that pans are sold separately, and included with this product. It has a stainless steel construction and non-slip adjustable feet.

The thermostat is mechanically-controlled and the temperature range is 35.6° to 50° Fahrenheit (2° to 10° Celsius). The refrigerant is an R600A and the refrigeration is self-contained and rear-mounted.

This product has a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
