Omcan's RE-CN-0036-C is a commercial-quality refrigerated chef base with a width of 36 inches. It features 2 sliding drawers with heavy-pull handles, track, and rollers and a total internal capacity of 29 cubic feet. Each drawer can hold up to 1x GN 1/1 full-size pan (12" x 20" x 4") plus 3x GN 1/6-size pans (6" x 6" x 4").

The chef base uses an electronic temperature control system and has a 304 stainless steel interior and exterior plus a matching aluminum finished back. The top has a V-shaped edge to help prevent dripping over the sides while the interior features rounded corners for easier cleaning.

This model has a temperature range of 33° to 41° Fahrenheit (0.5° to 5° Celsius) and an accessible condenser coil, making for easier maintenance. It comes on heavy-duty casters.
