This prep table has 2 stainless steel doors with recessed handles and an internal capacity of 20.5 cubic feet. The temperature range is 28.4° to 46.4° Fahrenheit (-2° to 8° Celsius). The interior and exterior of the table have a stainless steel construction except for the back panel. It has interior lighting, cooling fan, and adjustable legs. It can easily accommodate dough proofing boxes and pans.
