Omcan's MS-IT-0300 is a commercial-quality manual meat slicer with flywheel operation for a classic look. Slicers like this would be best suited for use in butcher shops, delis, markets, high-end restaurants, and hotels.

This model is made in Italy and has a old-fashioned Volano style and is available with a standard solid flywheel or a more stylish flower flywheel as well as red or black finish. Its carbon steel blade has a 12-inch diameter, the cutting size is 9 by 7.5 inches, and the cutting thickness ranges from 0 to 2mm. The black finish model's cutting size is 9 by 7 inches and its cutting thickness ranges from 0 to 2.5mm. The cutting thickness can be adjusted using a knob.

There's also a blade guard for safety when cleaning. The slicer has an aluminum construction with parts of steel and a black finish. There is a built-in sharpener to keep the blade consistently sharp, every times it's used.

The MS-IT-0300 comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
