A 2-drawer food warmer that includes 2 full-size food pans

The Omcan FW-CN-0002 is a commercial-quality freestanding countertop food drawer warmer with 2 drawers for use in restaurants, bars, concessions stands, take-out shops, and more. The purpose of an appliance like this is to keep hot food, such as pizza, at the perfect temperature for extended periods of time. This model comes with and accommodates 2 full-size food pans, each measuring 12 by 20 by 6 inches.

The warmer is specifically designed for use on deep countertops and features an all stainless steel construction. Each drawer has a separate thermostatic control with a temperature range of 80° to 220° Fahrenheit (26.7° to 104.4° Celsius).

It has fibreglass insulation and a built-in drawer gasket, which helps to retain heat inside the unit plus each drawer has a humidity control vent slide, which can be adjusted from dry to moist to provide the appropriate airflow amount to best suit the food inside.

This product comes with NSF Certification, 2x 12" x 20" x 6" food pans, and a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
